Esmera Homes to Deliver 20 New Build Properties in Coggeshall, Essex

Work has started on-site at Abbey Walk in Coggeshall.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our upcoming residential development in the historic market town of Coggeshall, Essex. Construction has now commenced at Abbey Walk, located on East Street, marking the next chapter in the growing Esmera Homes portfolio.

This development will be our third to date and will feature a thoughtfully designed collection of 20 high-quality homes, offering a mix of 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom properties. With something for every stage of life—from first-time buyers to growing families—Abbey Walk will offer contemporary living in a sought-after semi-rural location.

Groundworks are underway, with full construction expected to begin in Summer 2025. The first homes are anticipated to complete in early 2026, with further handovers scheduled at key points throughout the year.
